I'd have the entire Star Wars series remade properly (Except for Episodes 4 (A New Hope) and 5(The Empire Strikes Back)). Everything after Empire Strikes Back was pitiful.
Starting with Return of the Jedi. Junk the whole film. New director and new script. The gross events can be essentially the same, but let's do it right this time. It's like what they did with Batman Begins - which is everything the original Batman film should have been. Return of the Jedi will get the same treatment.
No more Imperial Stormtroopers felled by teddy bears wielding sticks-n-stones. No more cliched plot devices and crappy dialogue. Restore much of the mystery and mythos that was prevalent in A New Hope.
We'll drag in Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamil at gunpoint, if necessary, to redo their roles. Topnotch CG can take a few years off of their faces - I'll give that to James Cameron's SPFX team since ILM will be busy on the hardware.
Episodes 1, 2 and 3 will need some heavy polishing. First of all we can get the actor who plays the adult Anakin one last chance with a proper acting coach - if it fails he gets recast with a talented unknown. Portman can be strong if she has a good costar to work from. It's not her fault she has to dress like a clown - but we'll make it work.
Liam Neeson needs better dialogue and more to do - this actor deserves better. Ewan McGregor needs to act more mature and needs to relearn his lightsabre fighting which looks highly undisciplined with unnecessary flourishes and telegraphed strikes.
Jarjar spoils every scene he's in. We'll have to address that during the rewrite. Maybe he gets axed.
ILM needs to get its act together. Especially in Episode 2, the greenscreening was too obvious. Let's do this one right, people! You're supposed to be cutting edge, but the competition in movie CG is overtaking y'all. Learn how to be subtle again. In fact, maybe I'll just buy up James Cameron's Digital Domain and merge it with ILM.
We're going to include every talented designer and writer in the business who was ever influenced by the first film as a kid.
We may or may not include George Lucas in the production as he doesn't present himself as much of a Star Wars fan, oddly enough.

star wars fanboy is above me!
but i'll probably spend this cash to buy A-net and make changes that actually make sense and not to do update for people who would complain about the smallest thing in the game.

If I were a rich man I would buy a factory in which I could bronze my personal items I deem fit. The first thing I would bronze would be my current car, then I would place the car on top of a bronze pedastal in my enormous front yard. The bronzing factory would also be used to dispose of those who get in my way while also making said people in my way into fine lawn statues.

XYL... make the Ewoks Wookies. It was originally supposed to be the Wookie homeworld, but they had more luck finding short people for Return of the Jedi, so they made a play on the word Wookie and came up with Ewok.
But if I had cash to burn, I'd buy a sizeable chunk of land and start not only a rat terrier rescue, but the worlds first amusement park specifically for rat terriers... and there'd be no chopping of the tails or trimming of the ears.
But I'm wierd like that.
